At Polaroid Eyewear, we want you to see the world with perfect clarity; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your frames within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the protective case and microfiber cleaning cloth.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Frames

  Place the eyewear securely in its original branded packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
